  Hello everyone! Well I am back with another of my incident that happened with me. So from the title only you guys would have guessed that it is about opportunities.

  It is my tale about how I realised that identifying opportunities and grabbing them is important. So that we are not left to regret and sulk in a corner.

  My vacations began from the second of June and I had decided that I will be interning this summer. As I am an architecture second year student, so obviously I do not have my portfolio made. So how am I going to get an internship without it?

  Therefore, I asked my maternal uncle to talk to one of architect acquaintances about the internship. But, alas! my fate. That architect was going abroad for fifteen days.

  Hence, I dropped the idea of internship and did not dig into this matter and went to the trip my family planned.

  After returning from there, I got to know that my cousin and my friend got internship in another city.

  So, this is where I had made a mistake. Not trying from other sources was my mistake. My cousin and friend talked to our college senior and with his help got an internship.But I on the contrary, did not try for it. I did nothing to get it when there was time. This is what I learned from my this mistake.

• When there is time, make the most of it.
• If there is no opportunity, then create one for yourself. Nobody will do it for you. You have to do it for yourself. So, take the initiative when there is time.
